Komyu AI does not guarantee outcomes, including but not limited to:

3. No Professional or Emergency Use

4. Client Responsibility & Oversight
You are responsible for:
Reviewing and approving AI configurations, scripts, and workflows
Monitoring AI interactions and outputs
Ensuring proper escalation rules are in place
Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
Komyu AI does not supervise or control how the AI is used in your business.
5. Use at Your Own Risk
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Komyu AI is not responsible for:
Incorrect or misleading AI responses
Missed, dropped, or misrouted calls
Customer misunderstandings or reliance
Lost leads, revenue, or business opportunities
Errors caused by third-party systems or integrations
You assume all risk associated with the use of the Services and all interactions between the AI system and third parties.
6. Third-Party Dependencies
Komyu AI relies on third-party providers, including telephony carriers, cloud infrastructure, AI model providers, and integrations. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not responsible for outages or failures caused by third parties.
7. Intellectual Property
All Komyu AI software, systems, workflows, prompts, models, and branding are the exclusive property of Komyu AI.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services while they are made available to you.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Services to:
